VISION

We will through this foundation and other FLG Entities, such as the soon-to-be relaunched Education Trust and the Enterprise Development Fund, champion a holistic model of sustainable livelihoods.

Plans are underway for the Foundation to conclude strategic partnerships that will ensure that we leverage our internal talent base and deploy them to champion programs of sustainable livelihoods within the six pillars of Jobs/Work and Livelihoods, Food Security and Livelihoods, Enterprising, Spiritual Growth, Education, Environment and the many other facets of Sustainable Livelihoods as espoused among others in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs; The first of the 17 SGD’s, Zero Poverty and Leaving Nobody Behind is an area very close to our hearts.

Many come to the IPHC to seek what our Founding President of the Democratic South Africa, Madiba referred to as the “…role of the IPHC in Effecting the RDP of the Soul…” in his speech when he paid tribute to HG Comforter FS Modise on the Occasion of His 80th Birthday dedicated to Blessing the 1st Democratic elections on 14 March 1994.

Like Abraham and Isaac who came before Jacob, all my Patriarchs before me had a passion for agriculture, a passion they have passed on to me and is deeply embedded in my veins. We have embarked on various vegetable planting projects in this area and see it as a key area for creating food security within our membership and communities surrounding our Branch neighborhoods.

As Patron and Founder of the FLG Modise Pentecost Foundation, I invite you to join our other partners such as the Motsepe Foundation and other prospects that we are engaging in creating a High Impact Partnership that can make a true difference in delivering sustainable livelihoods.
