Our Father, His Grace The Comforter has identified human resources development through “education” as a major means by which His vision of an integrated, peaceful, productive and prosperous society can be achieved.
The Bursary scheme (Education Trust) of the International Pentecost Holiness Church (IPHC – Original) started in the 80’s, this was started by the Founder of the Church His Grace Comforter FS Modise. He made a pronouncement that “ if a child of IPHC is not learned, should at least have passed matric” this was in 1992.
Through the year the Bursary has funded more than 70 students to complete and achieve their higher learning qualifications.
The Education Trust is one of the pillars of Our Comforter’s vision of an Empire which is self-reliant and self-sustaining. In ensuring professionalism is enforced a New Education Trust was registered in May 2022 name FLG MODISE EDUCATION TRUST as a Non-Profit Making Trust.
The Education Trust is used as a vehicle to encourage learning and further education for everyone who is bona-fide member of IPHC. The Trust aims at providing financial assistance to the deserving and needy members of IPHC.
